IMDB rating: 6.60 Plot: Set against the glitzy backdrop of the French Riviera, aging gambler Bob Montagnet is about to gamble it all on the casino heist of a lifetime; a spectatcular sleight of hand—two heists, one real, one not, but which is which? Under the watchful eye of Roger, a policeman who would as soon save his longtime opponent as arrest him, Montagnet assembles a team that consists of partners Paulo and Raoul, technical mastermind Vladimer, former-drug-dealer-turned-informant Said, Anne, a young Eastern girl Montagnet rescued from prostitution, and the perfect complement to a double theft—identical twins Albert and Bertram. |

IS THE MISDEMEANOR STILL VISIBLE ON MY RECORD?
In May of 2008, I took enough merchandise to get myself a retail thief misdemeanor chart C.. I paid the fine of 180 buck Oct.. done the 4mnt court supervision, and Never done such a foolish thing since… I WANTED TO KNOW IF THE MISDEMEANOR WAS STILL VISIBLE ON MY RECORD BECAUSE IF ITS NOT I WILL NOT PUT ON APPLICATIONS THAT I HAVE A MISDEMEANOR. Times are so hard here in civilian world…GEEZ..HELP SOMEBODY !!!
Yes, the misdemeanor will always be on your record. Anytime you get charged with a crime even if it’s just a ticket it goes onto your record.

Yes, it will still be visible.

Caps Lock is pointless and annoying.
Assuming you didn’t leave out any important details….it is obviously still on your record.
Criminal Records are there for a reason. Crimes magically vanishing from the record would defeat the purpose of having a record.
Yeah, times are hard…..but you committed that crime, so guess who’s fault it is times are a little harder for you.
